Your Role Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead strategic partnerships with Major Retail Buyers, Conduct Visual Presentations and Manage Wholesale Accounts whilst driving growth and boosting brand presence. Main duties require you to; Develop and execute strategic plans for major key accounts Work collaboratively on presentations and submissions to buyers Build trusting relationships with buyers and stakeholders Negotiate pricing, promotions and joint business plans Collaborate with internal teams on launches, presentations and promotions Manage forecasts, budgets and trade spend Identify new business opportunities Attend and trade shows and events, representing the brand with excellence Remain updated on industry trends and product alerts About You It would be great if you've worked with GAMES but not essential Experience in managing major accounts, nationwide in the Retail or FMCG space Proven success in negotiating and delivering commercial outcomes with major accounts Strong analytical skills with the ability to forward-think around opportunities for further developing sales Excellent communication and relationship building skills Digitally fluent in MS 365, CRM systems and Category Management Systems Highly organised, proactive and sales-driven Other Details This dynamic role may be hybrid and based in Adelaide or Melbourne.
